Eureka has built an extensive formulation base that includes over 15,000 product formulations. Customers are able to use Eureka’s in-house laboratory and product specialization team to create and build custom formulations that best suit their market needs. Our catalog of products is perfectly suited to serve the restaurant and janitorial cleaning markets but is not limited to these areas. We also specialize in full-service laundry cleaning products with a full catalog including packing in water-soluble films.
Our sales and technical marketing analysts will work with you so that you are able to stay up-to-date with marketplace trends and complexities so that you can focus on growing and expanding your product line and customer base.

Eureka offers multiple delivery solutions LTL, Full Load, and bulk tankers. Eureka also offers 24-hr Emergency blending delivery services (customers are encouraged to inquire).

Contract Packaging
Filling and labeling capabilities on our packaging lines include anything from a 2 oz industrial round container to 5 gallons of pails, and almost everything in-between. We can wrap industrial rounds, label front & back trigger sprayers, and even label all four sides of an F-Style bottle on our Tonics USA labelers. We can also automatically apply shrink sleeves.
Fillers Include:
- Gravity
- Piston Fillers: Capable of filling up to 250,000 cps.
- In-line overflow fillers: We run a wide array of liquids, including soaps, acids, and bleach on these lines.
- In-line Pump Driven bottom-up fillers: Great for products that generate a lot of foam.
- Rotary fillers: High Speed for less viscous liquids.
- Powder: We have an array of ribbon and paddle mixers as-well-as fillers.

Custom Toll Blending
We generate Soft Water (250 GPM), RO Water, and DI water depending on your needs. We also have the capacity to blend well over 65,000 gallons per day on a single shift. We can pack in 5 gallon, 55 gallon, 275-330 gallon totes, as well as tankers. Custom Toll Blending includes:
- Soaps
- Multi-surface cleaners
- Oil & water dispersions
- Corrosives
- Acids
- Pastes
- Powders
- Wax Emulsions
Consulting
We have a great deal of experience in blending and manufacturing soaps, detergents, emulsions (wax, oil & water), acids, powders and more. If you are having problems with a formula or process, we can help! We pride ourselves on taking on projects that are difficult or troublesome.
We can come to your facility after signing an NDA, or you can send the project(s) to us for proofing and finalization so that you can continue the process in your own facility once we complete our analysis.
We would perfect your process, write a new detailed operation procedure, and come to your facility to pass the operation back off to your team in your facility. This can include conducting and completing the process in your facility.
