Q: Do you offer private labeling or just your own brand name?

Yes, we can private label any chemical we manufacture with your name and logo.

Q: Is there a private label order minimum?

Yes, it depends on the formula you are requesting. If the item is something we run regularly. We ask that you order 1 full pallet of product. We also ask that you pay for the first run of labels. After that, we will re-stock them at no additional fee. Please inquire for more details.

Q: Can you match formulas we are buying from another manufacturer or on a store shelf?

Absolutely, in fact we may already have one formulated. If we do not, we can submit samples and modify them to your choosing.

Q: Can we customize fragrances and/or colors?

Yes, we can customize almost any specification. This includes color, fragrance, pH, Viscosity, packaging type, and much more.

Q: What is the minimum order size?

Minimum size orders for delivery without a freight charge on items in-stock and ready to ship are 2 pallets. In cases that is 96 cases and in 5 gallon pails that is 72 pails. Otherwise, less than pallets quantities can be picked up at our location.

Q: What area(s) do you service?

We can service the entire country utilizing many freight carriers for FTL and LTL shipments. Typically, we find that we are able to save our customers money on their freight costs due to the volume discounts we receive and pass on. We also deliver on our own trucks in Indiana, Illinois, and parts of Ohio. Call or email us for your specific needs.
